Henrietta is a horned owl. She sleeps in trees
during the day and hunts
at night. Henrietta has large eyes and very good hearing. Her
strong beak and claws help her catch her food when she dives from a
tall tree to grab a mouse or small rabbit. When Henrietta lays
eggs, she will not build a nest. She will find a nest that was
left behind by another bird.
