SCES offers several athletic opportunities for students - boys' basketball, girls' basketball, and cheerleading . Boys' basketball is for students in grades 5-6. Girls' basketball is for students in grades 5-6. Cheerleading is for students in grades 5-6.

Students wishing to participate in athletics must have a sports physical turned into the office before the season begins. Students without a sports physical will not be allowed to try-out, practice, or compete.

Students must be in good academic standing - maintaining a minimum of a D- average in all of their coursework. Students failing to maintain this average will not be allowed to participate until their average is raised.

Students must also comply with behavioral expectations of the school. Students who fail to meet behavioral conduct guidelines will not be allowed to participate in athletics.
